The animation kinda looks like those fight scenes in Gurren Lagann. Its not the first time I've seen it though. They did the same animation style in one epi of Sengoku Basara and Ichiban Ushiro Daimaou

It was pretty badass! Did you notice the animation was different on this episode! It was a lot more "fluid" instead of "structured", there was a lot of weird movement, etc lol
